How do I choose the right LED sign?

The right sign depends on viewing distance, indoor or outdoor location, message type, available space, brightness needs and whether the sign is temporary or permanent.

Should I hire or purchase a VMS trailer or LED display?

Hire is useful for short-term traffic, event and project requirements. Purchase is usually better for permanent school, retail, industrial or public display use.

Choosing The Right LED Sign

Viewing Distance

Short viewing distances generally suit tighter pixel pitch and clearer detail.
Longer roadside or building-front viewing can use larger formats with strong brightness.
Share site photos and approximate distances so Polycomp can recommend a practical option.

Indoor Or Outdoor

Indoor displays prioritise close-range readability and clean presentation.
Outdoor signs need weather-ready cabinets, brightness and service access.
VMS trailers suit temporary traffic, event and mobile message requirements.

Hire, Purchase And Support

Hire can suit short-term traffic, events and project work.
Purchase is usually better for permanent school, retail, industrial or public displays.
Ask about installation, training, stocked parts, warranty, servicing and repair options.
