Repairs with the parts already on the shelf

Polycomp keeps parts in stock so a repair isn't held up waiting on an overseas shipment. Supplying signs locally since 1997 means an Auckland-based team who can look at it, quote it and get it working again.

What we look after

Signs and displays, long after the install

A sign is a long-term piece of equipment, and it needs to keep working. We service what we sell, and we keep the parts here.

Prompt repairs

Prompt repairs on LED signs and electronic displays. Modules, power and control parts are held locally so turnaround isn't dictated by shipping times.

Parts in stock

We keep all parts in stock to ensure your product is well serviced — a real difference when a school notice board or a roadside display goes dark.

CNC machine service

CNC machine service alongside our sign work, run from the same Mt Wellington workshop by the same local team.

Installation support

Practical advice on siting, mounting, viewing distance and content, so the display performs from the day it goes up.

Display selection

Tell us the site, the audience and the budget. We'll match a display to it rather than oversell a specification you don't need.

Ongoing support

Content changes, software help and advice after installation. You deal with the people who built and installed the sign.

The workshop

Assembled and serviced here, not offshore

Our signs are assembled locally, and our VMS trailers are manufactured locally in New Zealand. That's what makes local support real rather than a phone number that routes somewhere else.

  • Since 1997 supplying signs locally across New Zealand
  • Auckland based — 197F Marua Road, Mt Wellington
  • Parts held in stock so repairs move quickly
  • CNC machine service run alongside the sign work

How it works

Getting a sign looked at

01

Tell us what's happening

Call 021 189 0803 or email polycomp6811@gmail.com with the sign type, roughly where it is and what it's doing — or not doing.

02

We check the parts

Because parts are stocked locally, we can confirm what's needed without waiting on an overseas order.

03

Repair and back in service

We carry out the repair and get the display working again, with advice on anything worth watching.

Service and repair pricing depends on the display and the fault, so we quote per job rather than publish a rate card.

Call and describe the fault — we'll take it from there.
