General Description
Alphanumeric displays are made of LEDs (Light Emitting Diode). These displays are used to convey visual messages made up of letters, numbers and special characters. Choosing the correct type of display is very important for effectiveness. The main factors are: light condition, viewing distance , required viewing angle , and the length of messages to your potential viewers.
Options of electronic displays
Number of characters per line: 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or more
Number of lines: single, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8
Character height: 30mm , 40, 60, 80, 100, 150, 200, 260, 400 and 520 mm (indoor or outdoor)
Format of lines V1 & V2
V1- Displays standard character height on each individual line of display
V2 - The user has the option to join two lines of the display to create a bold line.
Example for V2: 2 line display of 60mm character height with 24 characters per line can be displayed as 1 bold line of 120mm(almost) of 12 characters. When the height is doubled the number of characters is halved
